DETROIT -- Remember Thursday, Oct. 18, when the Giants lost to the Cardinals and fell behind three games to one in the NLCS? It was quite a while ago. It was also the last time the Giants have trailed in a game.

Since then -- through four innings in Game 3 of the World Series -- the Giants have outscored their opposition 32-4 and have not trailed at any point, not even a half inning.

This game is far from over, but the Giants are in the driver's seat with a 2-0 lead, and they've been playing nearly spotless baseball for more than a week.
