A closer controversy in Boston? It didn't even last a full day. While the finalized trade for Joel Hanrahan in tandem with the presence of Andrew Bailey on the roster means the Red Sox have two established closers, there's no battle to be found. Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe tweets ...

Hanrahan is coming off a superficially impressive season in 2012, but his serious control problems are a concern. As for Bailey, he certainly has shutdown stuff, but he's never been able to stay healthy.
