LSU outfielder Raph Rhymes set a school record by hitting .431 last year, a performance that earned him SEC Player of the Year and First-Team All-American honors. On Thursday he hit an inside-the-park homer thanks to some shoddy outfield defense, but he had to go through the catcher first:

The catcher really had no choice but to go into the baseline because of the throw. We've seen some dangerous and brutal home plate collisions in recent years, but everyone walked away from this one just fine. Sit back and enjoy the acrobatics.
