Boom goes the dynamite.

While that's a nice job of holding onto the ball by Kratz, this isn't a play that should happen in baseball. It's modern phenomenon, these collisions, and thus not "old school" in any sense. Moreoever, and as I've harped on before, it's against the rules for the catcher to camp out in the base line, as almost every catcher does these days.

It would be nice to see that rule enforced for once, so we can keep these little doses of football out of our baseball.
