Consider this something to monitor: Dodgers shortstop Hanley Ramirez has been scratched from Friday's lineup against the Braves because of a tight left hamstring. That, of course, is the same hamstring that delayed Ramirez's start to the 2013 season until late April.

According to MLB.com's Ken Gurnick, Dodgers manager Don Mattingly is worried that Ramirez might need to be returned to the disabled list; however, team trainers are not similarly concerned, at least not yet.

Ramirez, 29, is batting .333/.381/.667 in eight games of action. For his career, he owns an OPS+ of 128 across parts of nine major-league seasons.
