When it comes to basketball analysis, you won't find anyone less competent than me. I never did get into the sport, and it is, at best, a time waster for me.
What I do know, however, is that there are some conspiracy theorists out there who think the NBA wants the Heat to win the Finals and that the officiating is, how do you say ... lopsided? Chipper Jones is apparently one of those people:
Hard to believe the Spurs lead by 6 at the half with the way this has been officiated. I believe this series has already been decided folks.— Chipper Jones (@RealCJ10) June 12, 2013
I'm the type who rolls my eyes at conspiracy theorists, so lol Chipper. Lol indeed.
UPDATE: The Spurs beat the Heat 113-77 and now lead the best-of-seven series two games to one. I guess the NBA just wants to make Miami's title dramatic.
