Top Orioles prospect Dylan Bundy has suffered a setback during his rehab work from elbow stiffness and discomfort, reports MLB.com's Brittany Ghiroli. The right-hander will visit team orthopedist Dr. John Wilckens on Tuesday for further evaluation.

Bundy, 20, was cleared to begin a throwing program earlier this month. He received a platelet-rich plasma injection in late April after visiting Dr. James Andrews and was told to rest for six weeks. Tests showed no structural damage to the elbow ligament, but it appears his flexor mass is the real issue.

The fourth overall pick in the 2011 draft, Bundy has pitched to a 2.08 ERA and 0.92 WHIP with 10.3 K/9 and 2.4 BB/9 in 103 2/3 minor league innings. He made his MLB debut as a 19-year-old last September, throwing 1 2/3 shutout innings across two relief appearances.

Bundy has not pitched at all this season due to the lingering injury. He will not turn 21 until November.
