It's good news/bad news for the Twins and their outfield: Aaron Hicks is back from the disabled list, but Josh Willingham is now on it.

Willingham, who has been limited by a painful left knee for the better part of the last month, is now out of commission with a bone bruise and torn meniscus. It's not certain how long he'll be out. This season, Willingham, age 34, has been disappointing coming off his Silver Slugger-winning campaign of 2012: .224/.356/.398 with just 10 home runs in 70 games.

As for Hicks, he has been recovering from a hamstring injury. Hicks entered the season as a top-100 prospect according to both Baseball America and MLB.com but has hit just .179/.249/.326 in 211 plate appearances. As well, Hicks has on occasion found himself on the fightin' side of manager Ron Gardenhire.
