The exit of Justin Upton from the Braves' Sunday game against the Marlins might have concerned Braves fans, but it doesn't sound serious. According to the team, Upton left with a cramp in his left hamstring. That shouldn't be the type of thing that lingers, so consider it a day to day thing for now.
Upton, 25, is hitting .267/.356/.482 with 22 homers, 61 RBI and 74 runs on the season. Heading into Sunday, he was hitting .395/.452/.921 with six homers and 13 RBI in nine games in August.
Again, though, a cramp should be an isolated injury and this shouldn't linger.
