Prior to Tuesday night's NL wild-card game between the Pirates and Reds, Andrew McCutchen's mother Petrina sang the national anthem before a sold out PNC Park. The crowd joined in before Mother McCutchen hugged her son and sent him off to play. It was a rather awesome moment prior to the first playoff game in the ballpark's history (and the first in Pittsburgh since 1992).
Of course, TBS didn't bother to show any of it. They didn't show the anthem, didn't show the baseline introductions, didn't show the ceremonial first pitch. Nothing. So, to make up for that, here is the anthem:
