MORE: Game 2 pitching preview

ST. LOUIS -- The Dodgers and Cardinals will square off in Game 2 of the NLCS on Saturday. First pitch between Clayton Kershaw and Michael Wacha is set for 4:07 pm EST.

As for the lineups, Don Mattingly's has neither Hanley Ramirez nor Andre Ethier in it. Ramirez was a late scratch because of lingering soreness -- the result of his being plunked in the ribs by a Joey Kelly fastball in game 1. As for Ethier, he's of course coming back from a left ankle injury, and 13 innings of center field duty on Friday night have exacted a price.
