The Phillies have agreed to terms with Roberto Hernandez, the right-hander who formerly went by the assumed name of "Fausto Carmona," reports Jim Salisbury of CSN Philadelphia. Hernandez will be installed in the Philly rotation.

The 33-year-old Hernandez in 2013 logged a 4.89 ERA (78 ERA+) and 2.97 K/BB ratio in 151 innings for the Rays. For his career, he's pitched to a 4.67 ERA (89 ERA+) across parts of eight major-league seasons. With the Indians in 2010 he was named to the All-Star team, and in 2007 he finished fourth in the AL Cy Young balloting.
