Arbitration deadline day: Brett Gardner, others forge deals for 2014

Friday is deadline for MLB teams and their arbitration-eligible players to exchange salary figures for the 2014 season. In keeping with the occasion, quite a few contracts are being forged between those parties. Here's a running list of those players and the deals they signed (contracts for 2014 only unless otherwise noted) ...

While the arbitration figures exchanged between unsigned players and their teams are locked in as of Friday, the two sides can continue negotiate up until abitration hearings begin in mid February.
