Alert the Fun Police: Erisbel Arruebarrena says he's like Puig

Fresh off being signed to a five-year, $25 million deal by the Dodgers, Cuban defector Erisbel Arruebarrena reported to Dodgers camp Thursday. And I'm afraid I have some bad news for those who prefer baseball players go about their craft devoid of emotion: Arruebarrena says he's just like Puig.

From latimes.com:

Arruebarrena, a 23-year-old shortstop, said he plays with the same flair and emotion as Yasiel Puig, his childhood friend from Cuba.

“That's typical of Latinos,” Arruebarrena said.

Yes, but how many pieces of flair are the Dodgers required to wear while at work?

Look at him enjoying himself and being excited when his team does well. The horror.

Also, in all honesty, I was posting those video clips more because they're awesome and less as a reminder of Puig's so-called antics -- which are more than familiar to even casual baseball fans at this point.
