Let's round 'em up.

INJURY UPDATES

Blue Jays: Casey Janssen suffered a setback on his rehab assignment and won't resume throwing for a few days. Also, Jose Reyes will actually return to the lineup Saturday. He was initially going to be back Friday, but the weather in Cleveland looks bad and manager John Gibbons doesn't want to chance a flare-up with the hamstring (thestar.com).

Cardinals: Joe Kelly has hit the disabled list.

Dodgers: Clayton Kershaw threw 35 pitches off a mound Thursday and for the first time since his back injury this included breaking balls. It sounded like a pretty big step forward (MLB.com). Also, Hanley Ramirez says he'll play Friday (ESPN Los Angeles).

Joel Hanrahan: As the former All-Star closer rehabs from Tommy John surgery, he held a showcase that was attended by scouts of close to 20 teams (Jon Heyman).

Padres: Chase Headley is dealing with a biceps strain that he believes is a "chain reaction" from a sore knee (Dennis Lin).

Phillies: Cole Hamels went seven innings in his rehab appearance and it seems that he's going to be activated from the DL very soon. This should be his final rehab outing (philly.com).

Orioles: Manny Machado is close to taking his minor-league rehab assignment.

Rockies: Michael Cuddyer had to leave Thursday's game due to a hamstring cramp. He's listed as day to day.

Red Sox: Shane Victorino will begin his rehab assignment Saturday.

Royals: Lorenzo Cain was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a strained groin, the club announced.

ROSTER MOVES

Blue Jays: Reliever Jeremy Jeffress has opted for free agency instead of accepting his assignment to the minors (Jeff Passan).
