VIDEO: Jeff Francoeur toes the rubber and pitches in Triple-A

A few weeks ago we learned veteran outfielder Jeff Francoeur is currently playing with the Padres' Triple-A affiliate because his teammates pulled a pretty excellent prank on him.

On Sunday, in the eighth inning of a blowout loss, Frenchy took the mound and threw an inning of mop-up duty to spare the bullpen. He threw a perfect inning with two fly outs and a ground out. Remember, Francoeur has a rocket arm, so I he wasn't up there lobbing it.

Here's the video and no, unfortunately there are not any better camera angles. At least not that I know of.

Man, I would have loved to see this from a normal camera angle.
