Happy 2nd Anniversary: Phil Humber's perfect game

On this date in 2012, then-White Sox right-hander Phil Humber threw the 21st perfect game in baseball history. It was the first of three perfect games that season (Matt Cain, Felix Hernandez). Here are all 27 outs:

Unfortunately, Humber was not very successful after that. He had a 3.58 ERA and a 1.18 WHIP in 2011, but following the perfect game (his second start of the season) he had a 7.39 ERA and a 1.69 WHIP in 87 2/3 innings in 2012. Humber had a 5.02 ERA and a 1.74 WHIP in 54 2/3 innings last season, and he is now a reliever in Triple-A.

Things have not gone well for Humber since the perfect game, but he is part of a very exclusive club and that is something no one will ever be able to take away from him.
