Angels center fielder Mike Trout missed two games over the weekend with back discomfort and then was forced to exit Tuesday night's contest with the same problem. The Angels on Wednesday sent Trout for an MRI, and on that front the news is good ...

That's bound to be a relief for the Halos, assuming the discomfort eases up in the near future.

This season, the 22-year-old Trout is once again putting up excellent numbers: .294/.380/.549 (163 OPS+) with 11 homers in 53 games.
