The Tigers have had four different players play a game at shortstop this season in the wake of Jose Iglesias' season-ending shin injury. It looks like they're going to make it five on Saturday night:

Welp. That can't be good. Reminds of the time the Rockies had #98 UNKNOWN in the lineup for a spring training game a few years ago.

The Tigers have yet to announce Saturday's starting shortstop as of this writing. If it's not Eugenio Suarez, it'll probably be Andrew Romine.

Detroit's shortstops have hit .194/.251/.251 on the season. Still can't believe they didn't sign Stephen Drew.
