Less than 24 hours ago, Athletics slugger Yoenis Cespedes made a jaw-dropping throw to nail Howie Kendrick of the Angels at home plate after misplaying a ball in left field. It was a truly amazing throw.
On Wednesday, Cespedes did it again. He misplayed a ball in left and uncorked another ridiculous throw, this one to cut Albert Pujols down at third base. To the action footage:
Geez, I thought the Angels would have learned not to test Cespedes after Tuesday. I do think Tuesday's throw to get Kendrick was better though, but Wednesday's was still outstanding.
