Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki and Blue Jays outfielder Jose Bautista have been named captains of this year's National League and American League Home Run Derby squads, respectively. As such, Tulowitzki and Bautista will each be participating in the Derby, and they'll also each be selecting four other sluggers to join them.

Bautista participated in the Derby in 2011 and has 15 homers this season. Tulowitzki (18 homers in 2014) makes his Derby debut and, according to MLB.com, will become just the seventh shortstop ever to compete. Bautista and Tulowitzki are also the leading vote-getters in their respective leagues.

The Derby takes place July 14 at Target Field in Minneapolis as part of the All-Star Game festivities.
