Braves catcher Evan Gattis left Friday night's game against Philadelphia with a right rhomboid spasm, per the club. His status is considered day to day, so it shouldn't be considered anything serious.

A rhomboid muscle is located in the upper-middle back area, so one can imagine how that would affect any throwing or swinging motion Gattis would need to make.

Gattis, 27, is hitting .290/.342/.558 with 16 homers and 39 RBI this season. He's got a good shot to make the NL All-Star team, though Yadier Molina has a comfortable lead in the voting and Jonathan Lucroy should be in line before Gattis at the top backup.
