VIDEO: Phillies broadcaster catches Braves home run, throws it back

The Philadelphia broadcast crew was set up in center field of Citizens Bank Park Friday for the Phillies-Braves game and it took just three batters before they were a part of the action.

Here's Freddie Freeman hitting a three-run homer to play-by-play man Tom McCarthy ... and McCarthy making the catch with his first baseman's mitt ... and McCarthy throwing it back:

The Braves came into Friday night trailing Washington by just a half-game in the NL East.
