A small fire broke out at Great American Ball Park, home of the Cincinnati Reds, Wednesday afternoon.
Per Cincinnati.com, here's what we know:
Crews responded to a fire reported at Great American Ball Park at about 1:20 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
The one-alarm fire was on the View Level at the United Dairy Farmers at the northern end of the ballpark, according to emergency dispatch reports.
Crews knocked out the fire shortly after it was reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
1. Obviously it's a good thing this happened with the Reds on the road, as the fire department being called to a packed house during a game wouldn't be an ideal situation.
2. The Reds have lost two in a row, otherwise there would sure have been an "on fire" tie-in here, as they previously had won 14 of their last 18.
