Against the Padres on Tuesday, Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo hit two home runs to take over the National League lead with 25 long balls on the season. This is definitely a breakout year for the young slugger.

As it turns out, Rizzo promised a 22-year-old cancer patient named Mike Kasallis that he would hit a homer before his big game on Tuesday. He promised one homer and hit two instead. Here's the video:

Well done, Anthony.
