- Angels: LHP Tyler Skaggs left his Thursday start because of forearm tightness, but it's not considered to be anything serious at this time. (Mike DiGiovanna via Twitter)

- Giants: RHP Matt Cain does not have any damage to his UCL, but he still may be facing arthroscopic elbow surgery to remove bone chips.

- Phillies: LHP Cliff Lee was forced to exit his Thursday night start because of a re-injured elbow. His status for the rest of the season is in doubt.

- Royals: 1B Eric Hosmer will miss up to the next six weeks because of a fractured right hand.


- Twins: Signed C Kurt Suzuki to a two-year, $12-million contract extension with a $6-million vesting option for 2017.
