And now for some daily league help ...

By Scott White | Senior Fantasy Writer

If you don't watch Fantasy Baseball Today regularly, you may not have noticed we introduced a new segment a couple weeks back in which Al Melchior and I make start and sit recommendations for the current day only.

We tend to focus on week-to-week matchups since that's the more common style of play, but that doesn't mean we should neglect daily leagues. Plus, with one-day salary cap leagues growing in popularity, there's a demand for this type of content.

And though predicting outcomes for such a short period of time is a bit of a crapshoot, some of the nuggets we find to back up our picks are useful for Fantasy owners across the board.

Here's an example from Friday's show.
