Los Angeles Dodgers : Re-signed RHP Brian Wilson to a one-year deal worth $10 million. The contract also includes a player option for 2015 worth $8.5 million.
Miami Marlins : Agreed to a one-year contract with IF Rafael Furcal . He will reportedly move off shortstop and play second base everyday.
Texas Rangers : Signed RHP Jose Contreras, RHP Nathan Adcock and OF Bryan Petersen to minor league contracts, the team announced. All three received an invitation to spring training.
Boston Red Sox : Agreed to terms with RHP Edward Mujica . It's a two-year deal pact valued at $9.5 million.
Chicago White Sox : Agreed to a one-year, $3 million deal with RHP Ronald Belisario . He had been non-tendered by the Dodgers earlier this week.
Kansas City Royals : Acquired OF Nori Aoki from the Milwaukee Brewers for LHP Will Smith . Kansas City remains in the hunt for OF Carlos Beltran despite the Aoki pickup.

Chicago Cubs : Will cede their pick in next week's Rule 5 Draft to the Philadelphia Phillies to settle a grievance. Chicago improperly optioned RHP Lendy Castillo to Triple-A in 2012 after he did not spend required 90 days their active roster in 2011.
