FREE AGENT SIGNINGS

Angels: Signed RHP Brandon Lyon to a minor league deal with an invitation to big league spring training. (Jon Heyman)

Rangers: Agreed to a one year, $2 million deal with RHP Tommy Hanson.  (Heyman)

AVOIDED ARBITRATION

Nationals: Agreed to a one-year contract worth $5.875 million with RHP Tyler Clippard. (Heyman)

CONTRACT EXTENSIONS

Indians: Agreed to a four-year extension worth $25 million with OF Michael Brantley. The deal includes a fifth year option worth $11 million.

RUMORS & SPECULATION
