After three games in Los Angeles, the National League Championship Series returns to Wrigley Field for Game 6 and, if necessary, Game 7. The Cubs have a 3-2 series lead over the Dodgers and would advance to their first World Series since 1945 with a win.
Standing in the way, though, is the game's best pitcher.
Here are the Game 6 lineups:
Visiting Dodgers (2-3)
1. Andrew Toles, LF
2. Corey Seager, SS
3. Justin Turner, 3B
4. Adrian Gonzalez, 1B
5. Josh Reddick, RF
6. Joc Pederson, CF
7. Yasmani Grandal, C
8. Chase Utley, 2B
9. Clayton Kershaw, LHP
By now, we're used to seeing the second baseman lead off for the Dodgers, but Dave Roberts is mixing it up by going with Toles at the top. Toles hit .314 with a .365 on-base percentage in the regular season and is at .368 and .435 this postseason, so he's a good choice to get things going.
Home Cubs (3-2)
1. Dexter Fowler, CF
2. Kris Bryant, 3B
3. Anthony Rizzo, 1B
4. Ben Zobrist, LF
5. Javier Baez, 2B
6. Willson Contreras, C
7. Addison Russell, SS
8. Albert Almora, RF
9. Kyle Hendricks, RHP
Take note of the eight-spot there. Jason Heyward has obviously been the right fielder for most of the season, but he's had a miserable season offensively. Almora is an excellent defender and hits right-handed, so the hunch is the Cubs don't lose much on defense and Almora has a better shot at the lefty Kershaw -- albeit still not a good shot.
