The hits just keep on coming for the Dodgers, who lost yet another starting pitcher to injury on Saturday. Right-hander Stephen Fife has been scratched from Saturday night's scheduled start against Milwaukee, reports Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register. He has been placed on the 15-day DL with shoulder bursitis.

Fife, 26, joined the team's rotation last week after Chris Capuano was placed on the DL with a calf injury. Zack Greinke (collarbone) and Chad Billingsley (Tommy John surgery) are also on the DL. Ted Lilly recently came off the DL to take Billingsley's spot. Aaron Harang was traded before the injuries started to mount.

Right-hander Matt Magill has been recalled from Triple-A Albuquerque and will start against the Brewers on Saturday night, according to Plunkett. It will be the 23-year-old's big-league debut. Magill pitched to a 2.84 ERA with 10.9 K/9 in 19 innings across four starts for the Isotopes this month.

Magill will be the team's ninth starter in 23 games this season, joining Fife, Capuano, Greinke, Billingsley, Lilly, Clayton Kershaw, Josh Beckett and Hyun-Jin Ryu.
