GIF: Kinsler waves at Rangers dugout after hitting first HR back in Texas
In addition to hitting a home run, Ian Kinsler squeezed in some quality trolling during his return to Texas on Tuesday night.
As you may remember, second baseman Ian Kinsler said he hoped the Rangers would go 0-162 this season after they trading him to the Tigers for Prince Fielder over the winter. The Rangers haven't been that bad this year, but they are 35-41 and in fourth place in the AL West. Detroit is in first in the AL Central and Fielder's out for the season following neck surgery. Ouch.
Kinsler returned to Texas for the first time as a visiting player on Tuesday night, and in his very first at-bat he took Colby Lewis deep for a solo home run. As he rounded the bases, he gave a little wave to his former teammates in the Rangers dugout:
Hmmm, yes. That is some A+ trolling right there.
