A's starting pitcher Sonny Gray just came through with the best outing of his young and promising career. He threw a complete-game shutout against the Rangers in Arlington. He needed only 109 pitches to do so while striking out six and only allowing three hits and a walk. On the season, he's now 4-1 with a 1.76 ERA.

One of the most potent parts of Gray's arsenal is an absolutely filthy curveball. How filthy? Let's ask a man who has finished in the top 10 of MVP voting four times in his career en route to gathering over 2,400 career hits. Adrian Beltre, what do you think?
