Grading the Week: Angels dominate, take control of AL West
In a week where they went 6-1, including a four-game sweep of the A's, the Angels sit at the front of the class.
As we close the books on August in Major League Baseball action, it's time to do our weekly ritual here at Eye on Baseball, where we throw out each of the five traditional grades. At the top this week is a rather obvious choice.
Definitely note that this isn't going to include everyone and there will be "snubs." This week in particular, definitely feel free to take note of the San Francisco Giants , who are riding a six-game winning streak and just swept the first-place Milwaukee Brewers in convincing fashion.
As for the five we actually graded, here they are.
