Cardinals: Tyler Lyons was recalled from the minors, with Greg Garcia being sent to Double-A.
Cubs: A report from Chicago says Jorge Soler will be called up Tuesday.
Giants: Tim Lincecum is headed to the bullpen. Yusmeiro Petit will take his spot for the time being. Also, George Kontos was recalled from the minors with Adam Duvall being sent down.
Mets: Bartolo Colon has cleared waivers, so he can be traded to any team.
Pirates: Gregory Polanco was sent back to the minors.
Rangers: Shin-Soo Choo was placed on the DL and is out for the season.
Rays: Yunel Escobar has been pulled back from revocable waivers, where the A's claimed him.
