RHP Raisel Iglesias: Granted an extended signing window by MLB. He was previously required to sign by June 15 to avoid being subject to the international spending restrictions. (Baseball America)
St. Louis Cardinals : Activated 1B Matt Adams (calf) off the 15-day DL. Top prospect OF Oscar Taveras was sent down to Triple-A in a corresponding move.
Miami Marlins : IF Rafael Furcal (groin, hamstring) was activated off the 60-day DL, the team announced.
San Diego Padres : Closer RHP Huston Street does not want to be traded, but he figures to be in high demand at the trade deadline.
Tampa Bay Rays : Claimed RHP Angel Sanchez off waivers from the Marlins, the team announced.
New York Yankees : Signed RHP Heath Bell to a minor league contract and assigned him to Triple-A.
NOTABLE DRAFT PICK SIGNINGS
Padres: Signed 13th overall pick SS Trea Turner, the team announced. Jon Heyman of CBSSports.com reports the bonus is $2.9 million.
Pittsburgh Pirates : Agreed to sign 73rd overall pick RHP Trey Supak to an above-alot $1 million bonus. (MLB.com)
Yankees: Signed 91st overall pick RHP Austin DeCarr to a $1 million bonus, which is almost double slot money. (MLB.com)
Toronto Blue Jays : LHP Brett Cecil left Friday's game with groin tightness and will be evaluated on Saturday. (National Post)
Atlanta Braves : OF Jason Heyward is day-to-day with a hand contusion after being hit by a pitch. X-rays were negative. (680 The Fan)
Chicago Cubs : Closer RHP Hector Rondon was not available Friday due to a tender elbow, manager Rick Renteria confirmed. He will test the elbow on Saturday ... 2B/OF Emilio Bonifacio was placed on the 15-day DL with a ribcage injury, the club announced.
Los Angeles Dodgers : RHP Chad Billingsley has a partially torn flexor tendon in his elbow and is deciding between surgery and rehab.

Marlins: OF Christian Yelich is day-to-day after leaving Friday's game with a sore back, the team announced.
Washington Nationals : LHP Gio Gonzalez (shoulder) will return to the rotation next week, manager Matt Williams announced. They have not yet decided which day, however.
Cincinnati Reds : RHP Mat Latos (knee, elbow) will be activated off the 15-day DL and start on Saturday.
Colorado Rockies : SS Troy Tulowitzki left Friday's game with an apparent right leg injury. The team has not yet released any more information ... LHP Jorge De La Rosa exited Friday's game with back stiffness and will be evaluated, the club announced ... RHP Eddie Butler (shoulder) has been cleared to resume throwing on Saturday. (MLB.com)
