MLB upholds five-game suspension of Orioles' Manny Machado

Machado, then, will miss all four games at home against the Rangers and then sit out the opener of the three-game road set against the Red Sox.
This season, Machado is batting .239/.291/.371 (83 OPS+) with seven homers in 54 games. His start to the season was delayed because of his recovery from knee surgery. Last season, Machado as a rookie tallied an AL-leading 51 doubles and won the Gold Glove.
