PHOTO: As minor-leaguer, Jorge Posada had raging case of 'dad hat'
Let's look back upon former Yankees star Jorge Posada and his decidedly middle-age style of wearing his hat.
The fathers of this sovereign land know a thing or two about a thing or two, and one of the things they know is that the proper uniform for lawncare duties involves pleated khaki shorts, dark dress socks pulled up to mid-calf and, atop the balding dome, a hat ballcap positioned and lovingly maintained so as to venture where eagles dare.
For a fleeting time, the lessons, powers and implications of the "dad hat" were not lost on a young Jorge Posada ...

Hmm. Not bad at all, young Jorge.
But wait: Does Jim Leyland approve?
You're darn tootin' Jim Leyland approves.
