Photo of the day: Manny Ramirez's bat-flip is still in its prime
Cubs minor-leaguer (!) Manny Ramirez mashed a 450-foot homer in extended spring training on Wednesday. He finished with a familiar flourish.
You'll recall that not long ago veteran slugger Manny Ramirez latched on with the Cubs to become a player/coach for Triple-A Iowa. Well, Ramirez is rounding into form in extended spring training, and on Wednesday he blasted a 450-foot homer. Something else that was just like the old days' was Manny's seemingly preternatural bat-flipping skills.
