The Red Sox wrote Mariano Rivera a poem prior to his final game at Fenway Park on Sunday.
When the Yankees and Red Sox meet on Sunday night, it will be Mariano Rivera's final regular season game at Fenway Park. Since New York is currently on the outside of the playoff picture looking in, it might be his last game at Fenway Park period.
The Red Sox are honoring Rivera prior to the game just like every other team has done at some point this season. The following poem was sent to Rivera by the BoSox and was hanging in the Yankees dugout pregame:
