Speaking to Hal McCoy of FoxSportsOhio.com, Baker said he feels fine and will be ready to join the team next week and manage in the playoffs.
"I'm OK. I'm fine," Baker told McCoy. "I haven't felt this good in a long time. I can't remember the last time I felt this good."
Baker said he had dealt with an irregular heartbeat before. He was hospitalized with the irregular heartbeat on Sept. 19. Baker then suffered the mini-stroke as he was being released two days later, which kept him in the hospital for two more days.
"Do you know I'm the luckiest man on earth to be in the hospital when that happened?" Baker told McCoy. "Maybe not lucky, but blessed."
