Fresh off a 21-3 season that will likely win him the AL Cy Young Award, right-hander Max Scherzer will get the ball for the Tigers in Game 1 of their ALDS matchup with the Athletics. Here is the rest of Detroit's postseason rotation:

Manager Jim Leyland couldn't go wrong. Scherzer, Justin Verlander, Anibal Sanchez and Doug Fister form the best four-man rotation among all playoff teams, so Leyland could have lined them up in any order and been in good shape. What a luxury.

The Athletics have not yet announced their rotation, but Bartolo Colon is expected to get the ball in Game 1. The series begins in Oakland at 9:30pm ET on Friday.
