Los Angeles -- Dodgers' starter Zack Greinke in the second inning of Game 5 of the NLCS, notched a two-out, RBI single off his opposite number, Joe Kelly of the Cardinals. Here's a look ...

That made the score 2-0 Dodgers. Greinke batted an outstanding .328/.409/.379 in the regular season, and for his career he owns a line of .226/.273/.329, which is quite good by the low standards of pitchers. So he can hit a little bit.

In the AB seen above, Greinke showed patience and worked the count, as he took a strike a ball and fouled off two pitches before singling. There aren't any easy outs in the Dodger lineup when Greinke's pitching, as Kelly learned early in Game 5.
