VIDEO: Hobbled Miguel Cabrera steals second base uncontested
Miguel Cabrera is banged up and playing at something far less than 100-percent, yet he still managed to steal second base without a throw in ALCS Game 4.
DETROIT -- Tigers slugger and soon-to-be back-to-back AL MVP Miguel Cabrera is not healthy right now. It's obvious just watching him run and play. He's got a hip problem and an abdominal strain, and that's just the stuff we know about. Who knows what other nagging stuff he's dealing with.
Despite all of that, Cabrera managed to steal second base in the fourth inning of ALCS Game 4 on Wednesday. He didn't just steal it either, he stole it without a throw:
