During the first game of a doubleheader against Michigan State on Friday afternoon, the Penn State baseball team managed to turn two triple plays in the span of four innings. The first came in the fourth inning, the second in the eighth inning.

Here's video of both triple plays:

As a Penn State alum, allow me to say: hell yes.

According to the Associated Press, it is the second time in NCAA Division I history that a team turned two triple plays in one game. Gonzaga did it against Washington State back in 2006.

Penn State got the double plays, Michigan State the win. They won 4-2. No one will remember that, though.
