VIDEO: Reds manager Bryan Price ejected after replay
In the first inning in Atlanta, it appeared that B.J. Upton was picked off first, but he was called safe. After review, the call was upheld and Reds manager Bryan Price was ejected.
I can't say I blame Price. It's hard to figure how there isn't clear evidence to overturn that call. It seems pretty easy to see that Joey Votto tagged B.J. Upton before Upton got back to the bag. I guess it's possible there was another angle used that showed Votto didn't tag Upton. Seriously, though, I find it hard to believe. It really looks like an out.
Homer Bailey was also ejected from the bench.
Meanwhile, there was a more than five minute delay before the next pitch was thrown by Johnny Cueto.
