Mo Gaba is an 11-year-old boy that many Baltimore-area sports talk radio listeners have come to know. He's a frequent caller into the sports talk shows as a die-hard Orioles fan. He's also battling cancer for the third time and has been blind since the age of one due to tumors in his eyes.

Earlier this month, Gaba was able to throw out the ceremonial first pitch for an Orioles game and got to meet Adam Jones and then Dylan Bundy and Buck Showalter after he threw out the pitch. Here's the footage:

What a moment.

Now onto the serious stuff: The family could use some help, as Mo is once again going through cancer treatment.

Here's some info from a gofundme.com page

Mo Gaba, the sweetest, strongest little 11 year old we all may know is up against his 3rd battle with cancer. Mo has been blind since age 1 but that WON'T slow HIM down! He has beat this twice and he will beat this AGAIN! Some of you may know him from his infectious laugh and voice on 105.7 the fan and Mix 106.5, some may know him from school and some may not even know him at all but to know him is to absolutely adore him. Mo is in the early stages of his treatment and we are asking for support at this time with expenses as his mother is unable to work so she can stay at his bedside. As always, we thank you all for your kind words and positive vibes you continuously send his way. Together we are #MoStrong!! God bless!
