| Cecil overcomes groin issue: Toronto pitcher Brett Cecil (groin) was activated from the minor-league disabled list on Tuesday and is expected to start Wednesday's game for Double-A New Hampshire, according to SportsNet. Cecil had been sidelined since late April as a result of a groin injury. (Updated 05/08/2012) |
