| Brewers cut ties with Braddock: The Milwaukee Brewers released relief pitcher Zach Braddock on Friday, according to MLB.com. The 24-year-old Braddock, who was on the temporary inactive list at Triple-A Nashville, has been dealing with personal issues over the past year. "We felt with Zach that a change of scenery was the best situation. We had to make some decisions," general manager Doug Melvin told MLB.com. "This gives him an opportunity to hook on with somebody else." (Updated 05/04/2012) |

| Braddock appeared in 71 games with the Brewers, but his promising career seems to have been derailed by off-field problems. The left-hander could land with another team as he is still a young project, however, he is not considered a worthwhile Fantasy option for now. (Updated 05/04/2012). |
