Lavisky (ankle) is back on the active roster with Triple-A Columbus.
After missing most of April with an ankle issue, Lavisky returned for one game before being sidelined for another couple weeks with the same problem. He seems to be completely healthy now, although his playing time will still likely be limited while Anthony Recker continues to act as the primary catcher for the Clippers.
Alex Lavisky was placed on the disabled list Friday with a right ankle sprain.
Lavisky had just gotten back into action after missing the month of April due to another ankle sprain, but he'll head back to the DL after re-aggravating the ailment. He wasn't getting much playing time behind Anthony Recker while he was healthy, and the injury will only inhibit him further from getting a shot behind the plate for the Clippers.
Alex Lavisky (ankle) is back in action with Triple-A Columbus.
Lavisky missed all of April with his ankle injury, but he is back on the roster for Columbus. He has appeared in just one game with Anthony Recker seeing the bulk of the playing time behind the plate for the Clippers.
Alex Lavisky was transferred to the 7-day DL on Saturday with a right ankle sprain.
The 25-year-old is an organizational soldier at the catcher position, and should not be on the radar of fantasy owners in most formats.
